Patient Care Coordinator

Position Overview

Randolph Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, P.A. in Randolph, NJ is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.

• Welcoming patients to the dental office.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
• Checking, sorting and forwarding emails.
• Keeping records and files updated.
• Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
• Traveling to additional locations as needed.
• Assisting or coordinating other office responsibilities as required.

• No experience required – willing to train the right person.
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• High school diploma.
• Desire to help patients.

Position Base Pay Range: $21 USD – $24 USD.
