Position Overview
Randolph Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, P.A. in Randolph, NJ is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.
Responsibilities- Welcoming patients to the dental office.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
- Checking, sorting and forwarding emails.
- Keeping records and files updated.
- Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
- Traveling to additional locations as needed.
- Assisting or coordinating other office responsibilities as required.
- No experience required – willing to train the right person.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- High school diploma.
- Desire to help patients.
