As our Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding our network and connecting with referral partners, ensuring access to essential mental health and addiction treatment services. This role requires a dedicated individual who:

• Has a deep understanding of the mental health and addiction treatment landscape, including knowledge of all major insurance payors and reimbursement processes.
• Is skilled in building and nurturing meaningful partnerships across agencies, hospitals schools, and community groups.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, adeptly managing multiple projects while problem‑solving with creativity and empathy.
• Engages confidently with professionals at all levels, from executive leadership to healthcare providers and patients.
• Delivers compelling presentations to enhance community awareness and foster supportive partnerships.
