Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff

• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance strategies

• Oversee client capital project monitoring

• Conduct building condition assessments regularly

• Manage inventory and material resupply processes

Requirements:

• Relevant Journeyperson Certification

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence

• Five years of supervisory experience in maintenance

• Experience with budgeting and project management

• Knowledge of community-focused environments
