Position: Calm Air Cargo Customer Service Clerk

In this role, you will report to the Cargo Manager and be instrumental in processing and tagging freight accurately. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage documentation under pressure will be vital. Shift work is necessary, offering diverse working hours to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the Cargo Office with inquiries

• Provide information about shipping rates and procedures

• Tag and document Dangerous Goods cargo

• Complete freight storage paperwork and audits

• Prepare month and year-end summary reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED needed

• Proficiency in Office 365 required

• Valid Class 5F driver's license mandatory

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain accuracy

• Must clear a Criminal Reference Check
