As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

• A dedicated patient base and a consistent referral flow, eliminating the need to worry about referral volume.
• Collaborate with the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team along with Vitae’s clinical team, including adult nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
• A balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours. No nights, weekends, or off-hours are required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1 million/$3 million, provided by Vitae.

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state.
• A completed master’s degree in social work.
