Systems Coordinator

Job Summary

Systems Coordinator responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing software and hardware related issues for end-users in the facility. Work 1st shift, Monday–Friday 7:30 am–4 pm. First‑line support and assistance with system backups, recovery and new software installations.

$20.00/hr – $22.15/hr

Pay: $22.15 per hour.

Contract

• Provide first‑line support to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair software and hardware issues.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
• Help perform system backups and recovery, and install new software.
• Facilitate and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS); monitor inventory control.
• Interface with operations staff and customer host representatives to resolve issues.
• Develop, implement, and monitor system performance, generate reports, and analyze discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides for system use.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of WMS experience (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP preferred).
• Proficient report writing experience (1–2 years).
• Intermediate or higher Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• SQL experience preferred.
• Experience with JDA, NTV, Blue Yonder and SAP a plus.
• Hands‑on technical software/hardware support experience in a warehouse, supply chain, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, distribution operations.
