This position reports to the Sr. Director, Global Logistics Transformation and is based onsite in one of our platform locations (Irvine, CA – Logan, UT – Rantoul, IL).

The Distribution Logistics Data Analyst plays a critical role in shaping business strategy by leveraging data to uncover trends, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for improvement across our global distribution network.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies in distribution operations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs critical to the analysis of business performance
• Conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with logistics teams, warehouse managers, 3PL partners, and supply chain planners to improve distribution strategies
• Forecast demand and inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock
• Use scenario modeling and predictive analytics to support strategic planning
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust based on performance data
• Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Experience with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems

Annual Salary: $55,000.00 – $78,000.00 (actual salary based on experience, location, education, and skills)
