Property Manager

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee daily operations for our apartment complexes across Rantoul. In this role, you will leverage App Folio to manage financial records, coordinate with maintenance director, and streamline resident relations. Your primary goals are to maximize property value, maintain high occupancy rates, and ensure an excellent living experience for our residents.

• Software Management: Utilize App Folio daily to track rent collection, update tenant records, log maintenance requests, and generate performance reports.
• Leasing & Marketing: Advertise open units, conduct property viewings, process applications, and execute lease agreements.
• Resident Relations: Onboard new residents, handle communication, manage late payments, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance director and supervise vendor repair work, inspect vacated units, and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Legal & Compliance: Enforce lease terms, maintain a strong working knowledge of local housing regulations, and handle evictions when necessary.

• Experience: Proven track record as a property manager or in a similar residential leasing role.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Core Competencies: Strong organization, professional communication, and basic accounting/marketing principles.
• Driver's License:
  Must have valid driver's license to travel to locations
• Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) after a 90-day probationary period.
