Now Hiring Part‑Time School Bus Drivers for Rantoul, IL
Key Responsibilities- Split shift: an early morning before‑school pickup and an after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between.
- Guaranteed shift of hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless desired.
- Additional hours through trips and charters when available.
- Starting wage $22–$24/HR (depending on experience).
- Commercial Learner’s Permit Bonus** (see details).
- $750 Bonus if CLP presented within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
- $250 Bonus if CLP presented within 14 days of completing the virtual CLP class.
- No experience necessary – we train.
- Paid CDL training.
- Medical, dental, vision and 401(k) retirement savings plans (may vary by location/CBA).

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason. In Washington state, all technician and driving positions are considered safety‑sensitive and subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.
