Job Summary:
The Business Lending Officer II supports Highmark Credit Union’s mission: “To educate and inspire our Highmark family so that all can achieve success.” This mission is achieved by providing exceptional service to both internal and external members, identifying their unique financial needs, and offering Credit Union products and services designed to help them achieve financial success. The Business Lending Officer II is responsible for developing, managing, and growing business relationships within an assigned market.
This includes originating, analyzing, structuring, and servicing business lending relationships to ensure profitable portfolio growth. The position serves as the primary sales and relationship contact for business members, ensuring a high level of service, sound credit decisions, and strong relationship profitability.
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of business clients, ensuring strong relationship retention and profitability.
- Proactively develop new business relationships through networking, calling, and community involvement.
