Project Superintendent; Concrete

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Project Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities for concrete construction projects.

• Manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe worksite.

• Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align project goals and expectations.

• Oversee quality control, ensuring work meets project specifications and standards.

• Track and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

• Prepare daily reports, document progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a superintendent in concrete construction.

• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage crews and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Proficient in managing schedules, budgets, and project timelines.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe worksite.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
