Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple construction projects from design through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage construction projects, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, owners, tenants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee design development, construction documents, permitting, inspections, and project closeout.
• Develop preliminary estimates, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Monitor job costs and implement cost-control and value-engineering measures.
• Support and enforce company safety and OSHA requirements.
• Lead and develop Expeditors and Assistant Construction Superintendents.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, contractors, and project teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean construction practices.

• 5+ years of construction experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and project management.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural systems.
• Strong understanding of OSHA and construction safety requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Proficient with computers and construction-related software.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
