Position

Summary

The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position manages front‑desk operations, handles incoming calls, assists with scheduling service appointments, and provides administrative support to our service and office teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Assist with scheduling service calls and coordinate with supervisors and technicians
  • Assist customers with questions, service requests, and basic billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update scheduling systems
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Support office staff and management as needed
  • Ensure service dispatches are complete and ready for billing
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with phones, computers, and basic office software
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment
  • HVAC, plumbing, or service‑industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in time management
