- Job Description

Role: Landscape Designer

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and maintaining client appointments
  • Designing, bidding, and assisting with project management for the Landscape Division
  • Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard
  • Obtaining customer payments for services provided
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Follows directions from Division Manager
  • Aware of goals and timelines for project progress and completion
  • Timely completion of required paperwork and forms
  • Completed project handoff report to Maintenance Division
  • Establish positive relationships with clients/leads
  • Work with clients to design creative outdoor living spaces
  • Maintain open communication with landscape production crew during installation process
  • High attention to detail and holds self and team to maintaining high standards for job completion
  • Open to feedback from division manager and teammates
  • Meets with the divisional manager regularly to discuss tasks and project timelines
  • Completes projects/goals in a timely and efficient manner.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Required:

  • Degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture
  • Proficient in Dynascape/Autocadd
  • 3 years landscape industry experience
  • Detail oriented & team oriented
  • Valid driver’s license

    • Preferred:

  • 3-5 years Landscape Design experience

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year, commission based on gross sales.
