We are a small team accomplishing great things and are looking for experienced engineers to join our tight knit & growing team.

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components with an emphasis on automation, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Work within a project team, adhering to schedule, execution, start-up, commissioning, owner interaction, and qualifications.
• Identify and implement automation systems including mechanical design, electrical controls design, and possibly programming if experienced.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and production staff, to integrate automation solutions.
• Create prototypes, conduct testing, and refine designs to meet project goals and specifications.
• Lead and manage automation projects from concept to deployment, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Provide SME leadership in designated area/field. Depending on assignment, this may be product design, machine design, robotics integration, equipment assembly and testing.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, including design schematics, process instructions, and operation manuals.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and automation‑related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on automation systems.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated machinery and processes.

• High proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of robotics, PLC programming, and control systems.
• Familiarity with industrial automation standards and safety regulations.
• Experience with material handling systems, actuators, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
• Machining experience is a plus.

• Certification in automation or robotics engineering.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, or machine learning applications in automation.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
