** Working with a great team, works with autonomy to ensure Lab samples are collected, prepared, sent out, and in house labs responsibilities. With the Dual title with Limited X-ray Machine Operator you are trained and certified in this field.
** Summary
* * Responsibilities include phlebotomy, collecting, preparing and processing specimens biological specimens.
** Job Description
** Dual Role Position. Laboratory Assistant and Limited X-Ray Machine Operator.

Prepares laboratory specimens and supplies. Responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment. Clinical laboratory to perform clinical laboratory testing, including manual and automated methods, in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures. Responsible for pre-analytical, analytical, and postanalytical phases of testing. Ensures all medical laboratory safety standards and quality requirements are met.

Serves as a laboratory resource to other health care personnel. Must utilize critical and independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving. Performs other related duties as assigned.
** Qualifications
* * High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.
Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
