Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and ARRT-MRI certification for an evening shift assignment.
Responsibilities- Work in a medical imaging MRI department
- Utilizes Siemens MRI equipment (required) and Phillips equipment (experience preferred)
- Shift is Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm
- 40 hours per week
- No floating required
- Weekend rotation, call, and holiday coverage details to be discussed in interview
- Uses the Epic charting system (experience preferred)
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Weekend techs may be required to work independently
- Black scrubs are required
- Free parking is available
- Two weeks of orientation provided
- All time off must be approved by the manager during interview
- 100-mile radius rule applies; no local travelers accepted
- Minimum of 1 year MRI technologist experience required
- Current ARRT-MRI certification required
- BLS certification required
- IV skills required
- Experience with pacemaker and cardiac MRI preferred
- Experience with Siemens MRI required and Phillips MRI preferred
- License required if applicable
