At Brink Constructors, Inc., the Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet Brink’s hiring needs. This role focuses on proactive sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions across the company.

Pay
:
Exempt/salary position. Pay range $55,000 – $80,000, may vary by location, skills, and experience.

Location / Travel Requirements
:
Rapid City, SD office. Up to 30% travel required.

• Utilize sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop creative strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and professional networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Coordinate, attend, and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or related field.
• Experience using sourcing channels (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Seek Out, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
• Valid, active driver’s license.

Pre-screen: Upon offer, employees must complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR check.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Recruitment or sourcing experience in the utility industry.
