Job DescriptionRESPEC seeks a Learning Management Administrator to support our Rapid City, SD, location.
LMS Management & Administrationਡ- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the LMS, including user management, course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain system integrity, ensure accurate data entry, and manage updates or integrations with other HR systems.
- Monitor LMS performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and engagement.
- Partner with People & Culture leadership to design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Support the creation and curation of learning content, including e‑learning modules, instructor‑led sessions, and blended learning programs.
- Analyze learning data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Lead and coordinate learning‑related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships for learning tools and resources as needed.
- Work closely with internal partners across departments to identify learning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for LMS functionality and best practices.
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on using the LMS effectively.
- Assist with administrative tasks for rendition; including scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- ियनrd People & Culture initiatives such as Leadership Development programming, Engagement Survey support, and event coordination.
- Contribute to team initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience managing an LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP Success Factors, or Docebo).
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience in developing learning strategies and programs.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration
INAL skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and e‑learning standards.
- Aptitude for generating ideas, showing creativity, and providing solutions.
- Demonstrated exceptional productivity and reliability to get the job done accurately and timely.
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management with poise and confidence.
- Capable of working as a team player with the ბუნ HR/People & Culture team and the business.
- Ability to drive the strategic plan forward and meet established goals and deadlines.
- Proven advanced problem‑solving, time management, and decision‑making skills.
Compensation:
Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe‑benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee‑owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period capitalization.
