IT Help Desk Associate

Casey Peterson, LTD is seeking a dependable, service-oriented IT Help Desk Associate to join our Information Technology team. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and building a career in IT. The position focuses on first-line technical support, troubleshooting, workstation deployment, and assisting with day-to-day technology operations across our growing accounting and advisory firm.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, and firm-specific applications.
• Set up, image, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and routine system maintenance.
• Support employee onboarding and technology-related training.
• Document technical issues and resolutions while maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Help maintain a positive technology experience for employees throughout the firm.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and networking concepts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
