We are looking for an energetic, self‑starter for an entry‑level customer service position in the insurance industry. Our Customer Service Representative/Account Assistant is responsible for processing policy changes, responding to requests, maintaining accurate database information, billing, and learning rating systems.

We offer top‑rate training and mentorship. The cost of licensure and approved training is covered by the company. We invest in our people, and while we prefer experience in the insurance industry, it is not required if you are ready to learn and grow.

• Assist Account Managers and Producers.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure they receive the best customer service.
• Maintain communication with underwriters.
• Market agency client to insurance companies.
• Complete policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.

• Must be willing to obtain a property and casualty license at our cost.
• High School Diploma required.
• Post‑secondary degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional office and phone etiquette.
