Overview

Production Workers play a crucial role in the manufacturing process within various industries, including power electronics. They operate and maintain equipment in factories, working collaboratively with a team to assemble products or goods.

• Operating Machinery and Equipment
  • Follow instructions to operate machinery and equipment on the production line.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with production equipment and processes.
• Quality Control and Safety
  • Inspect machinery regularly and promptly report any faults to management and colleagues.
  • Adhere to company safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensure the production line has a steady supply of raw materials or components.
• Assembling Goods
  • Assemble products or components according to specifications.
  • Monitor the production process and perform basic testing and quality checks.
• Inventory Management
  • Properly store goods and raw materials in the factory.
  • Pack goods ready for shipment.
• Maintaining Work Areas and Equipment
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a Production Worker (preferred)
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with using power tools and other equipment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
  • Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical strength and stamina.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent

$18/hour+ DOE
