Sheet Metal Worker Level One

Phase Technologies is looking for a Level One Sheet Metal Operator to join our Sheet Metal Shop team! The shift is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. indoors in a clean and safe environment on the job training is provided! At Phase Technologies we pride ourselves on knowing our employeesandproviding room for improvement, promotion and/or advancement. We often promote from within and have a friendly work atmosphere in the shop.

We have various meal events, a Christmas Party, and a weekly social event. We are a larger company with 160 employees but like to try to maintain a small company feel.

• Operating equipment, including but not limited to turret punch, press brake, insertion press, powder coating, press-brakes, shears and cutting tables.
• Operate various types of welding machines and supporting hand tools.
• Operate the powder coat line.

• MIG Welding
• Use of Power Tools and Manual/Analog Tools
• Touch Screen Monitors

• Experience in powder-coating
• Experience in welding
• Experience in working with other sheet metal-related equipment

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand or walk for 7 - 8 hours per day
