Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus Available
Join Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI), a nonprofit leader in kidney care, to provide specialized nursing care in our in‑center hemodialysis units. Beginning pay is $34 per hour, with 12‑week paid training and competitive benefits, including Sundays off.
ScheduleFull‑time shifts: either four 10‑hour shifts or three 12‑hour shifts. Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
CompensationPay starts at $34 per hour, based on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies.
- Educate and coach patients.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, communicating changes with physician and families.
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
- Document required patient education efforts.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
- Lead a small patient care team.
- Contribute to onboarding new staff as directed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence.
- Willingness to collaborate with care teams.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Accredited nursing degree required.
- Dialysis experience not required; 3‑month comprehensive training provided.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
