Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - $10,000 sign on bonus is available

Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus Available

Join Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI), a nonprofit leader in kidney care, to provide specialized nursing care in our in‑center hemodialysis units. Beginning pay is $34 per hour, with 12‑week paid training and competitive benefits, including Sundays off.

Schedule

Full‑time shifts: either four 10‑hour shifts or three 12‑hour shifts. Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Compensation

Pay starts at $34 per hour, based on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards.
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies.
  • Educate and coach patients.
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, communicating changes with physician and families.
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
  • Document required patient education efforts.
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
  • Lead a small patient care team.
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff as directed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated clinical excellence.
  • Willingness to collaborate with care teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Education & Training
  • Accredited nursing degree required.
  • Dialysis experience not required; 3‑month comprehensive training provided.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply.
