We are currently searching for an RN Charge Nurse to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. The Charge Nurse will support the nursing staff by:

• Providing order entry, assessments, and family/physician contact.
• Documenting and following up on care plans.
• Overseeing CNAs to ensure residents receive high‑quality care.
• Serving as the backbone of the Clinical Department by performing skin treatments, obtaining treatment orders, assisting with care plan development, and maintaining detailed charting and progress notes.

Typical daytime hours with 8‑hour shifts. Primary schedule Monday through Friday with possible weekend coverage as needed.

• Unencumbered State of South Dakota RN/LPN license and CPR certification.
• One year of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and/or a Memory Care facility.
