• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,420 - $2,600

• Unit Details: 11 operating room suites, 1 GI suite;surgical cases daily

• Dress Code:
Scrubs provided (Ceil Blue)

• Charting System: EPIC electronic health records
Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active SD or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience as an OR Circulating RN

• Strong orthopedic experience required (total joints, arthroscopy)

• Experience with robotics (MAKO robot highly preferred)

• Experience with spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF procedures

• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)

• Experience with general, ENT, GYN, and plastics cases preferred

• Ability to badge in/out and comply with hospital protocols

• At least 1 year of overall nursing experience required

Key Responsibilities for OR RN

• Circulate in the operating room, focusing on orthopedic and surgical procedures

• Assist with total joint replacements, MAKO robotic surgeries, arthroscopies, spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF cases

• Support additional surgical specialties including general surgery, ENT, gynecology, and plastics

• Operate advanced surgical equipment, including the MAKO robot

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC EHR

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes

• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and infection control standards
