The Assistant Director of Care, LPN is responsible for providing exceptional nursing services in a senior living facility.
Key Duties- Oversee clinical staff
- manage staffing levels
- work on the floor
- oversee the med cart
- assist with care plans and assessments
- participate in care conferences
- ensure compliance with quality standards
- Valid Nursing License and Driver’s License
- excellent customer service
- communication skills
- previous assisted living or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to make complex decisions
- knowledge of assisted living regulations
