Restaurant Guest Service RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greet guests to makethem feel comfortable and welcome

* Take guests' foodorders and handle cash and credit transactions

* Follow Noodles &Company's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security toensure the safety of all team members during each shift

* Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

* Serve food to guestsin a courteous and timely manner

* Quickly and accuratelyprepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches

* Check food quality andfood temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serve

* Follow sanitation andsafety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment

* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurantincluding dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas

* Effectively handleguest concerns and complaints

* Work as a team toprepare the restaurant for each shift

* Acts with integrity,honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Noodles & Company

* Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

* Contributes to apositive team environment

* Position may includecook, cashier and/or server responsibilities

* Must adhere toappearance standards

Restaurant Guest Service KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent guest service skills required

* Ability to work in afast-paced environment

* Team oriented,adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

* Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

* Ability to worknights, weekends and holidays

* Must be at least 16years of age
