Responsibilities- Customer service and counter sales
- Learning pawn and retail procedures (training provided)
- Creating simple social media and marketplace posts for sales and featured items
- Organizing, cleaning, and merchandising inventory
- Assisting with pricing and daily retail operations
- Strong communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable multitasking in a retail environment
- Interest in social media, merchandising, or small‑business marketing
- Must be 18+, able to handle firearms, and pass a federal background check
- Flexible schedule with part and full time available
