Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers through honest and transparent communication.
• Lead consultations, present solutions, and close deals for our premium services.
• Promote safety by ensuring all customer proposals and service recommendations include a focus on safety, including preventing accidents, personal injuries, and property damage for both crews and customers.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold the company’s values of integrity, professionalism, and customer care in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales background, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical standards.
• A commitment to upholding safety standards in all sales activities and proposals to protect both our team and customers.
• Familiarity with using technology to track sales and manage leads.
• A genuine, kind, and honest character with a commitment to doing the right thing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
