Role Responsibilities
- Grow relationships and sales opportunities with existing clients and policyholders.
- Conduct virtual and on-site presentations to position the value of Aflac.
- Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals.
- Attend team meetings and trainings.
- Health and/or life insurance license required.
- Proven industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
