We’re a hands‑on, fast‑moving team that values problem‑solvers who take pride in keeping things running smoothly. As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll work on a variety of tasks—no two days are the same—and you’ll have the tools, support, and freedom to get the job done right.

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, trucks, and buildings.
• Repair plumbing leaks, troubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean, neat, and safe; remove debris and maintain organized work areas.
• Assist with installation and relocation of equipment.
• Perform welding and metal fabrication as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure everything stays operational.

• Experience in building, equipment, or vehicle maintenance (we’re willing to train the right person with mechanical skills).
• Basic plumbing and electrical repair skills a plus.
• Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
