Seeking an experienced and technically competent HVAC Service Technician. We are looking for a skilled technician for commercial, institutional, and residential settings.

Job Title: Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to commercial service calls
• Troubleshoot & repair variety of commercial HVAC equipment including Boilers, Chillers, Condensing Units, Air Handling units, Pumps, etc.
• Commercial equipment preventive maintenance
• Refrigerant piping installation
• Keep work area, vehicle, and tools clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years verifiable work experience
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Clean, safe driving record
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible and highly motivated self-starter
• Professional appearance at all times
