Seeking an experienced and technically competent Residential HVAC Service Technician. We are looking for a skilled technician for residential settings.

Job Title: Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls
• Troubleshoot & repair variety of residential HVAC equipment including Mini Splits, Furnaces, Condensing Units, Air Handling units, etc.
• Residential equipment preventive maintenance
• Refrigerant piping installation
• Keep work area, vehicle, and tools clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years verifiable work experience
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Clean, safe driving record
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible and highly motivated self-starter
• Professional appearance at all times
