Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $32.00/hr pay range: $15.00 – $32.00 per hour DEQ plus $8.00 billed hour commission.

• Perform PMs, oil changes, greasing trucks and trailers, tire services, and CSA/DOT inspections
• Conduct service calls, night call‑outs, and advanced electrical repairs with diagnostics.integration
• Execute wheel‑end repairs (S‑cam/bushing replacement, spindle repairs, race and bearing replacements, wheel seals, etc.)
• Repair intermediate air systems (diagnostics, tank replacement, air bags, leveling valves, dash valves, etc.)
• Perform basic HVAC repair (evacuation & recharge, diagnosing failures)
• Complete basic coolant repairs (thermostat, water pump, hoses, fittings, radiator, etc.)
• Perform basic welding, starting/charging diagnostics (batteries, alternators, starters, etc.) and engine repairs (belts, tensioners, pulleys)
• Repair steering/suspension components (shocks, reservoirs, filters, alignment, etc.) and drivetrain/transmission (clutch bedraagt U‑joints, carrier bearings, etc.)
• Maintain shop cleanliness, equipment condition, and proper storage of parts and tools
• Complete work orders with accurate customer information, labor performed, and parts used for warranty purposes
• Ensure total customer satisfaction and uphold the integrity of Boss Shops
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA functions
• Adopt a friendly and competent customer service attitude
• Report for work promptly when scheduled

• Assist in other duties as assigned

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

• Tire Service Certified by TIA within 18 months of employment
• Air Brake Certification
• DOT Medical Card required at Boss Shops

• Valid driver’s license and insurable to drive
• Complete brake and wheel seal training
• Ability to attend HVAC, electrical, and DOT training
• Ability to obtain ASE, DOT, TIA, and other certifications
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and as needed
• Reliable transportation and phone
• Proficient in English communication (if applicable)
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt
