Mas Tec Industrial is seeking an Ironworker Leadman to direct a crew, plan layout and install work to contract specs. You will supervise journeymen, enforce safety rules, and coordinate efforts for productive, high-quality outcomes. Expect up to 50 hours weekly and travel to project sites.
Required:
4+ years of related experience and/or training, NCCER certification preferred, and supervisory experience. Mas Tec provides competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
