Full-Time / Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM & On-Call 1 Week, Every 4 Weeks

Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Canyon Lake Apartments, a 109-unit property located at 3741 Canyon Lake Drive in Rapid City. You’ll Get:

$21.00–$23.00 Per Hour (DOE)
Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What You’ll Be Doing:

Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
Interior/exterior painting and repairs
Maintain grounds and common areas
Conduct preventative maintenance
Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 4 weeks)

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
Working knowledge of:

Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
Appliance repair
Carpentry, drywall & painting
Water heater systems (gas & electric)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
Availability:
Monday–Friday, 8AM – 5PM + on-call rotation
