Asa Sheet Metal Foreman ,youwilloverseesheetmetalinstallationprocesses,keeptimeforyourcrewwhiledocumentingdailyprogress,andensuringthatprojectsarecompletedontimeandwithinbudget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:Superviseandcoordinatetheactivitiesofsheetmetalworkersandhelpers.
  
  Providetrainingandmentorshiptoteammembers.
• Project Management:Plan,schedule,andmonitorsheetmetalworktoensuretimelycompletionofprojects.
  
  Collaboratewithprojectmanagersandclientstomeetprojectgoals.
• Quality Control:Inspectworktoensurecompliancewithspecifications,building codes,andsafetyregulations.
  
  Implementqualityassurancemeasures.
• Fabrication and Installation:Overseethe fabrication,assembly,andinstallationofsheetmetalcomponents,includingducts,flashing,andcustomsheetmetalitems.
• Problem-Solving:Addressandresolveissuesthatariseduringthefabricationandinstallationprocesses.
  
  Makerecommendationsforimprovements.
• Safety Compliance:Enforcesafetyprotocolsandensurethatallteammembersfollowsafetyguidelinestomaintainasafeworkingenvironment.
• Inventory Management:Monitorandmanageinventorylevelsofmaterialsandtoolsnecessaryforsheetmetalwork.
• Documentation and Timekeeping:Createdailytimesheetsforyourcrewandmaintainaccuraterecordsofworkperformed,includingdailyreports,materialanequipmentusage,andprojectprogressreports.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum4yearsofexperienceinsheetmetalwork,withatleast2yearsinasupervisoryrole.

  Proficientinreadingblueprintsandtechnicaldrawings.
  
  Strongknowledgeofsheetmetaltoolsandequipment.
• Certifications:Relevantcertificationsinsheetmetalwork,safety training,orprojectmanagementarepreferred.

  Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillstoeffectivelyleadateamandinteractwithclientsandstakeholders.
