RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide supervision and support for youth in shelter care and reception center. A qualified applicant will provide direct client care, maintain/model appropriate boundaries, and teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills. Complete reports and documentation as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a High School Diploma, or GED.
Experience working with youth, is preferred.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral or social sciences (preferred),
OR
- At least 60 semester credits and one year of experience working with children;
  OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Be at least 21 years old and willing to complete agency background checks.
Maintain a valid driver’s license or obtain one with approved driver status.
Must successfully complete all required agency background checks, including checks for criminal convictions involving behavior harmful toward children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
