IT Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Site Coordinator to join our Global IT team and take responsibility for our site(s) in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will provide 1st/2nd Level Support at the location and have extensive knowledge of network and server technologies.

• Manage the IT infrastructure in Switzerland in collaboration with the Global Infra Team
• Provide 1st/2nd Level Support for all employees at the different locations
• Support and maintain network and server components under guidance of the Global Network Team
• Collaborate with the Global IT team to ensure IT standards and processes are followed
• Execute IT projects and implement new technologies upon guidance of Global IT
• Train and support employees with IT-related questions and issues

• Degree in Computer Science (Fachausweis Informatiker)
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of network and server technologies
• Experience with IT project management
• Implementation, rollout support for new applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach
• Fluent in German and English
