Ein Immobilienunternehmen in Rapperswil-Jona sucht einen Sachbearbeiter für Immobilienbewirtschaftung (m/w/d) in einem Teilzeitanstellungsverhältnis von 60-100%. Die
Aufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung des Bewirtschafters eines Immobilienportfolios, die Organisation von Eigentümerversammlungen und die Ansprechperson für Mieter und Behörden. Bewerber sollten eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung haben. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil. Es wird eine spannende Herausforderung in einem kollegialen Team geboten.
