Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. In this role you will use company‑provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, ensuring,, and accurate deliveries.

You will also handle returns, pickups, and basic vehicle maintenance while maintaining exemplary safety and customer‑service standards.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and installation support.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts.
• Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum age: 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to Auto Zone driver safety requirements.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
