Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager, Global Reporting and Long Range Forecasting
, within the Innovative Medicine Group Finance team. The preferred location for this role is on-site in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Other locations in New Jersey such as Titusville, NJ, or Raritan, NJ may be considered. This role may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.

The Finance Manager will provide financial and strategic leadership across Innovative Medicine by integrating worldwide management reporting, analytics, long-range planning, portfolio insights, and decision support. The role will own the collection, validation, interpretation, and communication of consolidated worldwide sales, balance sheet, cash flow, and forward-looking analytics; lead the Innovative Medicine five-year LRFP; and translate complex information into clear insights for business and senior leaders.

The Manager will partner broadly across Commercial Regions, Global Finance, R&D, the Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Enterprise SCA, Investor Relations, and strategy teams. This highly visible role supports senior executive reviews and has two direct reports.

Key Deliverables and Specific Responsibilities

• Drive the Innovative Medicine LRFP process, partnering with regional and global teams to develop a robust five-year plan.
• Own the collection, validation, consolidation, interpretation, and communication of worldwide Innovative Medicine sales, balance sheet, cash flow, and other relevant financial metrics.
