Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Business Partner, where you will play a key role in shaping our organizational culture and driving HR initiatives. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work on-site and support our upcoming site transition.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate activities related to site transition, ensuring smooth communication and employee support during the process.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with internal processes and promoting sound decision-making.
  • Assist in talent planning, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and development initiatives.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend actions for improvement in engagement and retention.
  • Champion cultural initiatives that promote autonomy, responsibility, and inclusivity.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and support consistent HR policy application.
  • Participate in HR projects and execute cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews and compensation cycles.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze data and provide innovative HR solutions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to foster collaborative cross‑functional relationships.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, preferably Work Day.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and operations sites.
  • Advanced degree or HR certification such as SHRM.
  • Experience in project management and consulting with leadership on HR strategies.

The pay range for this role is $20 - $48 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
