• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with 10+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models, with a strong understanding of techniques such as GPT, T5, and BERT
• Proficiency in Python and 8+ years of experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 8+ years of experience with advanced NLP techniques and tools such as Spa Cy, NLTK, or Hugging Face
• Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
• Experience architecting MLOps systems in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative AI solutions
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
• Proactive and able to work independently and in teams

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and algorithms such as GPT, T5, BERT
• Collaborate with teams to define project requirements aligning with business goals
• Stay updated with latest AI advancements and integrate them into products
• Optimize AI models for performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines for data processing and model training
• Establish best practices for Generative AI development
• Lead projects and mentor junior engineers
