Position: Payments Analyst

Location: Raritan, NJ - 3x per week hybrid

Pay Rate: $25-30/hour

Duration: 6 month contract + extensions

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and macros.
• Experience with payment systems and record management tools (HPE, CCRA preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Process 86 quarterly manual payments with precision and timeliness. Utilize Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting; familiarity with macros is a plus. Communicate effectively with Sterilmed stakeholders, supporting integration efforts and resolving payment-related queries. Manage payment workflows using the HPE record management system and process transactions through the CCRA check system. Maintain and update customer reporting tools, including pre-built macros for streamlined reporting.
