Job Type: Long‑term contract (Onsite) – Mid‑Senior level
Job Description: Seeking a Service Now S2P Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge of procurement processes and hands‑on experience with Service Now S2P modules to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle (Sourcing, Procurement, Contract, and Invoicing).
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into Service Now S2P functional designs.
- Support configuration and optimization of Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Vendor Management modules.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Perform UAT coordination, defect triage, and support go‑live activities.
- Act as liaison between business, development, and Service Now platform teams.
- 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Procurement / S2P.
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now S2P / Procurement Operations.
- Strong understanding of P2P, sourcing, contracts, vendor onboarding, approvals, and workflows.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and the Service Now platform.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Service Now CSA or S2P‑related certifications.
- Experience working with MSP / enterprise clients.
