• Responsible for end-to-end management of Application Development and Production support for a portfolio of data and analytics applications
• Must have about 10+ yrs of experience in managing data & analytics programs, Onsite-Offshore models and new applications like Snowflake, databricks etc
• Be the go-to person for solutioning, and for managing development and production support for customers
• Drive thought leadership for next gen support processes in an Agile, automation first environment, define best practices and knowledge management protocols
• Understand and manage SLA against customer contracts within a 24x7 model, run war rooms for P1 issues and manage customer escalations efficiently.
• Identify customer issues proactively, drive RCA reactively and maintain an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders
• Responsible for end to end project delivery of Big Data Solutions from project estimations, project planning, resourcing and monitoring perspective
• Drive and participate in requirements gathering workshops, estimation discussions, design meetings and status review meetings
• Participate and contribute in Solution Design and Solution Architecture for implementing Big Data Projects
• Monitor and review the status of the project and ensure that the deliverables are on track with respect to scope, budget and time
• Transparently communicate the status of the project to all the stakeholders on a regular basis
• Identify and manage risks / issues related to deliverables and arrive at mitigation plans to resolve the issues and risks
