Role:
Principal Scientist, Biostatistics at J&J Innovative Medicines, supporting statistical design, analysis, and reporting for clinical development, medical affairs, discovery, and manufacturing programs.
- Lead data analytics using advanced statistical methods.
- Optimize study designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with drug development teams.
- Contribute to regulatory interactions.
- Ensure application of high-quality statistical methodologies aligned with disease area and regulatory standards.
- Support program plans and represent statistics in teams.
- Engage in process improvements and external scientific trends.
- High-value support clinical phases (IND-3), biologics and small molecule modalities, and regulatory submissions.
- Emphasis on innovative data analysis, AI, and adaptive trial designs.
- Master's degree with 6+ years or PhD with 4+ years in biostatistics or related field.
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and other computational tools.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Location in Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA, with no specified travel requirements.
