Construction Project Manager

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline OR relevant work experience
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments
• Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings required
• Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc
• Actively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner and reviews design documents
• Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan.
• Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas
• Manages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget.
• Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams
• Highly developed project management finance skills are required
